We will  take up a perspective informed by snippets from the life and writings of St Teresa of Avila and John of the Cross together with a note from Jung’s Visions Seminar where Jung says that:

The only question is how you live your life, how you experience it.  If your attitude is right, then things are right. (Visions 1, p.336)
